Early January and I agreed to buy ‘Kyle’ from joint owners David Payne & Prof. John Harvey for £32,000. She was lying in Wareham.
Anthony Byrde of AW Byrde & Associates were asked to carry out a survey.
Following the survey I decided I could not buy her for £32,000 and offered £25,000 on 4th February.
On the 10th February my offer was accepted.
On the 22nd February the sale was completed.
Peter Temple, Temple Marine, Woodbridge handled the paper work.
